We have been working for various Intersport shops since 2022, taking on both the classic doorman service and assignments as shop detectives. Shoplifting is unfortunately a constant issue in the retail sector. According to trade associations, German shops suffer billions in losses every year. In addition to the financial losses, such incidents also put a strain on employees in their day-to-day work. This is where we come in: our job is to ensure security by being present and alert - both visibly at the entrance door as a doorman and covertly on the sales floor.
