Thanks to our 24/7 emergency call centre and a clearly structured deployment and cover plan, we can also react quickly to short-notice enquiries. As a rule, deployment can begin within five hours.
All of our security staff have at least the statutorily required informative briefing or expert knowledge examination in accordance with § 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). The basic training also includes qualifications as a first responder and fire safety officer. Mobile response teams undergo regular advanced driving courses, while intervention teams receive specialised intervention training before their first deployment. Furthermore, our employees hold the standardised SGU personnel certification according to Doc. 16 and 17 respectively.
We ensure the quality of our security staff through regular training, which is based on site-specific requirement profiles and is reviewed annually. Time-limited qualifications such as first aid or fire safety training are recorded in our skills matrix and are refreshed in good time.
In addition, our staff undertake operational training such as de-escalation and are checked through unannounced site inspections. Deficiencies are specifically addressed through refresher training. All operational staff also receive regular instruction on legal requirements, as well as health and safety, to ensure professionalism and legal compliance at all times.
Every assignment is individually tailored to the specific requirements of each client. We document all specifications and services in an object-specific service instruction, which we submit to our clients for approval before deployment.
Furthermore, we regularly review the service instructions and adapt them if the framework conditions change or new requirements arise. This ensures that our security services are always up-to-date, reliable, and fully meet the needs of our customers.
