The employees of Paffen Sicherheitsdienst have the legally required expertise test according to § 34a and are IHK certified, which confirms a standardised, recognised level of security competence. In addition, they regularly take part in de-escalation training and special intervention training, have a fire safety assistant qualification and first aid training. All emergency personnel also fulfil high personal and professional suitability criteria and continuously take part in further and advanced training.
