The Haus der Geschichte NRW was a place with many events and regular public traffic. We ensured secure processes during events, controlled access and also protected the building outside of opening hours. The collaboration with the client was very pleasant and characterised by trust right from the start.

Since 2021, we have been looking after the Haus der Geschichte Nordrhein-Westfalen in Düsseldorf's Behrensbau. This assignment was something special for us, because securing a building of such great cultural significance is always a responsible task.
Our employees were responsible for reception, event security and property protection. The aim was to maintain a balance between security and service. Visitors were to feel welcome at all times, while at the same time ensuring that everything ran smoothly and safely. This was achieved thanks to well-trained staff who combine experience, attentiveness and friendliness.
Our activities are currently suspended as the Behrensbau is being renovated. However, we hope to be responsible for the security of the building again in the future. The customer has always been very satisfied with our work, which confirms our quality standards.
We are particularly proud of this contract. It is representative of many projects in which we have been able to show that security is far more than pure control - it is a combination of reliability, experience and human presence.
