The TinyTwice Hotel in Bonn Bad Godesberg is a modern hotel concept that deliberately emphasises clear lines, functionality and a contemporary stay. The hotel is aimed at business travellers as well as guests who want to explore Bonn and the region. In the period from 2022 to 2024, we were deployed as a service provider for the TinyTwice Hotel. Our employees took over the night auditor service and were the fixed point of contact for guests during the night. The tasks included check-ins and check-outs for late and early arrivals, assisting guests with questions and monitoring the hotel during the night to ensure that everything ran smoothly and safely.
In addition, we regularly provided fire watches, for example during technical work or special operational situations. The focus was always on recognising potential dangers at an early stage and ensuring safe hotel operations.
The collaboration with the TinyTwice Hotel was characterised by reliable cooperation. The assignment showed how important reliable night staffing and functioning fire protection are as a natural part of a professional overall operation, especially in modern hotel businesses.
