Unlike many other security companies, we never deploy unskilled personnel at short notice. We train our employees carefully and ensure fair pay and good working conditions. Ongoing training is mandatory for our employees. In this way, we ensure that they can act calmly and routinely in the event of danger. Our team's many years of experience are our capital.

Customer satisfaction is our top quality goal. To achieve this, punctuality and reliability are among the absolute basics. Our employees have a well-groomed appearance, impeccable criminal records, German language skills and PC knowledge, are trained as fire safety assistants and first aiders and undergo de-escalation training. We take our job very seriously - and are not just physically present.

For us, it's not just about always being in constant dialogue with our client during our assignments and not making any hidden agreements with third-party providers. We are an owner-managed company from NRW - that is our strength. We know the Cologne-Bonn-Düsseldorf area very well and now have three locations in these cities. This makes it easier for us to coordinate our assignments. This means that distances are short and our security staff can be on site quickly.
