Personnel & qualification

All employees in the certified area of activity have at least the expertise test according to §34a GewO
Emergency personnel with mobile tasks take part in driver safety training every 5 years
Refresher first aid training every 2 years
Annual training on the relevant legal provisions of the safety industry and in occupational health and safety
Annual organisation of training courses relevant to the activities of the emergency services
Remuneration of all employees in line with collective agreements and the law

Provision of services

Creation of a requirements profile to ensure the necessary qualifications of the emergency services
Creation of a service instruction to ensure proper service provision on site
Annual familiarisation of all emergency personnel with the service instructions

Law & Compliance

Obligation of all employees to comply with data protection and confidentiality
Ensuring occupational health and safety by a company doctor and an occupational safety specialist
Insurance cover of at least € 2,500,000.00 for personal injury and property damage
Creation and carrying of ID cards in accordance with the legal requirements of the BewachV

Certification process according to DIN 77200

Application

Submission of a certification application to an accredited certification body.

Document review

The certification body evaluates the documents submitted and checks whether the requirements for an audit are met.

On-site audit

Audit performance at the company headquarters and at the service location.

Optimisation phase

Once the audit has been completed, the company is granted a period of up to three months - if necessary - to implement any potential improvements identified and to further develop existing processes in a targeted manner.
