We have been supporting the Mauritius Therme and the Mauritius Komfort Hotel as a security and service provider since 2018. We are particularly proud of this long-standing collaboration. Our employees take over the night service there in the form of night auditors - both in the thermal spa and in the hotel. During the night, we are the first point of contact for guests, take care of late arrivals, carry out check-ins and check-outs and are always available to answer any questions or concerns.
Our work also includes organisational and support tasks. In the early hours of the morning, we set the tables for breakfast, help with the preparation and, among other things, fold towels in the spa. Depending on requirements, we also assist with simple tasks relating to breakfast preparation.
The collaboration is characterised by trust, consistency and open cooperation. We see the fact that we have been part of the nightly routine in both centres for many years as a sign of satisfaction and confirmation of our reliable work.
