
The Rhein-Hotel St. Martin is centrally located in Cologne and has been one of the favourite addresses for guests visiting the city for business or pleasure for many years. Due to its location in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine and its proximity to the old town, the hotel is well utilised all year round and is also very busy in the evening and at night. A reliable contact person on site is therefore particularly important.

We have been on night duty at the Rhein-Hotel St. Martin since 2001 up to and including 2025. Over this long period, our employees took over the night auditor service and were the first point of contact for guests during the night. This included check-in and check-out for late and early arrivals, assisting guests with questions or concerns and monitoring the hotel during the night.
In addition to the classic tasks of the Night Auditor, we also took on supporting activities in day-to-day hotel operations. In the early hours of the morning, we prepared the breakfast area, set tables and ensured that the day's operations got off to a good start. Organisational tasks in the background were also a regular part of our work.
The very long cooperation speaks for a high degree of trust and reliability. For us, the assignment at the Rhein-Hotel St. Martin was a special project that showed how important continuity, a calm demeanour and a service-oriented night shift are in hotel operations.
