Thalia is one of the best-known bookstore chains in the German-speaking world and has been synonymous with books, culture and education for decades. The shops are highly frequented places where many people come together every day. In addition to the open character of the bookshops, security, protection of goods and smooth operations in the background play an important role - both during opening hours and outside.

We work for Thalia in several shops and have been supporting the company with various security services for some time. A central component of our work is the deployment of shop detectives and doormen. Through their presence, attentiveness and calm demeanour, our employees help to prevent theft and at the same time maintain a pleasant atmosphere for customers and sales staff.
We also take on additional tasks for Thalia. These include fire watches, property protection services and patrol services, especially outside regular opening hours. Our services also include accompanying tradesmen, for example when working at night or on closed days. In this way, we ensure that buildings, inventory and processes are protected at all times.
