Admission controls: To ensure that only authorised persons are granted access to your event, admission controls (e.g. cashier systems, ticket control, turnstiles, etc.) must be set up for larger events as part of the security concept. This also includes bouncers and, if necessary, personnel who inspect every visitor carefully before entering the event. We not only provide the necessary personnel infrastructure for this, but also organise technical aids and structures for event security if required.
Control the flow of visitors: Visitors or guests must be channelled in a targeted manner, especially at the beginning and end of the event. First and foremost, this avoids traffic jams, allowing the event to start as planned and the location to be cleared in good time. Secondly, it is important to prevent situations at events that could favour the occurrence of panic. Targeted crowd management is not only necessary for safety in the location, but also, for example, to enable the regulated entry and exit of vehicles in the car park.
Ongoing surveillance: The presence of security staff at the entrances and exits (including back entrances and backstage areas for VIPs), in the car park and near sanitary facilities can significantly increase your event guests' sense of security. It has also proved useful to insert security personnel into the group of visitors without labelling their clothing. This allows us to be close to the action without scaring off your visitors.
Conflict resolution through rapid response: Sometimes at least minor conflicts cannot be completely prevented. With prudent yet determined measures, our staff nip these „flashpoints“ in the bud and quickly restore safety and order at the event. Guests must also be given the opportunity to contact our security team directly. Setting up an information point, for example, has proven to be a good way of doing this.
Planning for emergencies: The risk of emergency situations occurring at events can be minimised with the right measures, but never completely eliminated. Bomb threats, fire or other extreme situations can lead to the evacuation of the building. For this purpose, a specific emergency plan must be drawn up in the security concept, which is based on the circumstances of the location and the number of visitors. Event security often requires improvisation if, for example, fire or other disasters have caused escape routes to be blocked or difficult to access.
